In the midst of technological advancement that limits human’s workspace and robs human’s role on earth, everyone needs to better prepare themselves. Because of that, the students of International Business Concentration of Management Study Program organized Industrial Revolution 5.0 Seminar. This seminar was recently held in the Charles Himawan Auditorium. Approximately 250 participants consist of university students, lecturers, as well as high school students attended the seminar.
The SEA & Australasia Factory Digital Transformation Head of Unilever Morlan Silalahi and the founder and Lead Consultant of Talent Story Dhani A. Widodo presented the material relating to Industrial Revolution 5.0. According to the two of them, Industry 5.0 is the continuation of the digital transformation that changed every life aspect to be easier, more effective and efficient. In this era, everyone that cannot face changes will definitely be eliminated.
Furthermore, the two speakers explained what challenges they would face in the world of work in the era of Society 5.0 and hoped that the students could prepare themselves well. (SL/APW)
Mahasiswa Manajemen President University Persiapkan Diri Hadapi Industri 5.0
Di tengah kemajuan teknologi yang menyita ruang kerja manusia dan merenggut peran manusia di bumi, manusia perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan baik. Untuk itu, mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen konsentrasi Bisnis International mengadakan Seminar Revolusi Industri 5.0. Seminar ini diadakan di Charles Himawan Auditorium baru-baru ini. Kurang lebih 250 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, serta siswa sekolah menengah atas hadir untuk belajar bersama.
SEA & Australasia Factory Digital Transformation Head dari Unilever Morlan Silalahi dan Founder and Lead Consultant of Talent Story Dhani A. Widodo hadir untuk membagikan materi terkait Revolusi Industri 5.0. Menurut keduanya, Industri 5.0 ini merupakan kelanjutan dari transformasi digital yang membuat segala aspek kehidupan menjadi mudah, efektif, dan efisien. Di era ini, siapapun yang tidak dapat menghadapi perubahan, pasti akan tersingkir.
Lebih lanjut, kedua pembicara menjelaskan apa saja tantangan yang akan mereka hadapi di dunia kerja di era Industry 5.0 ini dan berharap agar para mahasiswa dapat mempersiapkan diri dengan baik. (SL)
