Ilmi Dwiastuti obtained her bachelor degree in International Relations from Padjadjaran University. After working two years as assistant lecturer and junior researcher in Unpad, she continued pursue master degree in Strategic Studies at Australian National University funded by Indonesia Endowment Scholarship (LPDP). Her research interests including: Defence Diplomacy, Women in radicalism, ASEAN political security.
