On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, the MigrAllies team from President University (Presuniv), consisting of 10 students from the International Relations Study Program (IRSP), Faculty of Humanities, organized a guest lecture and workshop on the topic of Protecting Indonesian Citizens Abroad through the 'Peduli WNI' Portal and Safe Travel Application. The speakers for this event included Judha Nugraha, Director of Indonesian Citizen Protection, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, along with a team comprising Darius Erlangga, Adrianta Gunawan Pramana, and Mentari Queen Glossyta.

            The event, was held at the Fabrication Laboratory, President University Convention Center, Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Jababeka City, Cikarang. This event was part of the MigrAllies team's final project. The project was guided by Natasya Kusumawardani, a lecturer in the IR program. The project aimed to address serious issues related to fraud and exploitation often experienced by students during their internships abroad. Present at the event were Dr. M. Syafi’i Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. Jeanne Francoise, Head of the IRSP, and JB Susetiyo, Director of the Internship and Career Center.

            During his presentation, Adrianta Gunawan explained the importance for Indonesian citizens abroad to register through the Peduli WNI portal and access the Safe Travel application. "If there is any disaster or disturbance, we can assist more quickly and accurately to those students who have registered." Meanwhile, the other two speakers, Judha Nugraha and Nino Viartasiwi, Ph.D., extensively discussed the Ferienjob case.
