Cococreative creation of Mechanical Engineering Students, PresUniv, Passed the PKMI Kemdikbud Selection

A group of students from the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, President University (PresUniv), passed the selection for the Program Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Indonesia (PKMI) 2021 in the category of Kegiatan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Indonesia (KBMI). The information was announced on Sunday (2/5). This student group consists of Firman Yusuf as Founder and Owner, Syahrafi Ariq Ibrahim as Marketing and Communication, and Putra Wijaya as Engineering. They are students batch 2018. Then there are Reza Renaldi as Multimedia and Steven Ardianta as Design and Art. Both of them are from batch 2019. These young entrepreneur candidates are building a business called Cococreative.

The President University Major Association (PUMA) Industrial Engineering held an Meet Alumni IEN on Ramadhan (Metalien) titled Dealing with Work-life After College, Saturday (17/4). The alumni sharing session presented Antony Julianto, founder of PT Avenir Glass Alumnindo Aluminium and Glass Applicator and M. Arief Resa, Digital Marketing, PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing. Both are alumni of the Industrial Engineering Study Program batch 2010, President University (PresUniv). This event was also attended by Andira Taslim, S.T., M.T., Head of Industrial Engineering Study Program, PresUniv.

There were two topics discussed in this webinar, namely Emotive Branding in Products and Service delivered by Dr. Jessica Helmi, Lecturer at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), and Guiltless Consumerism and the Pursuit of Moral Consumption delivered by Jhanghiz Syahrivar, Assistant Professor, PresUniv. This webinar was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Business, PresUniv, Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D.

President University (PresUniv) held a webinar on Corporate Lawyering in a Top Law Firm in Indonesia, Wednesday (28/4). This webinar invites two speakers working in law firms, namely Handa S. Abidin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., and Kreshna Yuditya Rahmat, S.H., M.B.A., Lecturer of the PresUniv Law Study Program. Handa explained that a large law firm's essential context could be seen from two aspects, namely the professional aspect and the social aspect.

Based on Article 1, Paragraph 1, it is stated that lecture activity for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs will be carried out with offline learning new normal and online learning, since May 24, 2021, or semester 20203.

PK-KM Assessor Team Visits PresUniv

President University (PresUniv) successfully passed the first stage of the Independent Campus Competition Program (PK-KM), held by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. PK-KM is a higher education development program aimed at improving the quality and relevance of higher education by achieving eight Main Performance Indicators (IKU) to contribute to increasing the nation's competitiveness. There are three leagues in this competition, namely league-1, for colleges with a total of students over 18000, league-2, for colleges with a total student population of 5001 - 18000, and league-3, for colleges with a total student population of 1000-5000.
