The environment is an essential part of the creation of human character. However, in addition to creating a character, it is crucial for students to immediately become independent human beings. So, they are no longer dependent on their parents. Therefore, while studying, students should not hesitate to immediately find a job to pay for their studies and become independent quickly.

This was the message from SD Darmono, the founder of Jababeka Group and President University (PresUniv), to all new students batch 2021 at the Founder's Talk event Friday (3/9). The event, which was held offline at the culinary center of Holywood Junction, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi, was attended in a limited way by 31 new students who came from various provinces throughout Indonesia. Meanwhile, thousands of other students attended online. The Founder's Talks are also part of a program to welcome new students with the theme We Prepare Your Career from Day 1. "Since the first day of college, we have prepared students to be ready for careers, whether as professional executives, entrepreneurs, or academics/researchers," said PresUniv Rector Prof. Dr. Jony Oktavian Haryanto.

The general lecture on Friday morning began with an opening remark from Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Susilo Soepandji, DEA, former Governor of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas) for the 2011-2012 period, currently serves as Chairman of the President University Education Foundation. Prof. Budi Susilo delivered his remarks by first thanking the Chief of Indonesian National Police, Jend. (Pol) Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si. He said, “The message from the Chief of Indonesian National Police for all new students brings a new fresher atmosphere to the environment and student life of PresUniv.
