The Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemkominfo) has arranged the Four Pillars of Literacy, namely digital skill, digital ethics, digital culture, and digital safety. To educate the public about these four pillars, two lecturers from President University (PresUniv) became the speaker for the 2021 Digital Literacy National Movement Webinar in Bekasi Regency, West Java. This webinar, which was organized by Siberkreasi, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Information, brought up the topic of Membangun Produktivitas Kaum Milenial di Era Pandemi Covid-19, Friday (13/8). The two lecturers are Dr. Purwanto, S.T., M.M, from the Management Study Program, and Ronny Juwono, S.Pd., M.T., who is also the Head of the Information System Study Program. Other speakers were Maryssa Tunjung Sari, Photographer and Travel Writer, and Syarief Hidayatuloh, Digital Strategist on Hello Monday Morning.

In his presentation, Purwanto delivered digital culture entitled "Pandemi Memacu Perubahan Kreativitas Kaum Rebahan Purwanto showed how digitalization changed many sectors, from trade, learning, agriculture, financial services, transportation, culinary, health, to fundraising. "Now oldster, like it or not, must participate in the digital world," he said. There are three interconnected keys to media literacy: literacy (able to read and write), information literacy, and civilization literacy (know how to respect, respect, and democracy). Purwanto showed a map of digital culture through several stages, namely agility, innovation, creativity, anticipation, experimentation, open mindset, and then networking. According to him, the digital generation has characteristics: social media as an identity, teaching and learning processes that occur on the internet, free to express, and more openness. Purwanto also addressed the collaboration of digital literacy in nation’s value so that everyone can access the richness of Indonesian culture easily and quickly.

Meanwhile, Ronny delivered the digital security pillar titled "Yuk Peduli untuk Menjaga Keamanan Datamu saat Berinternet". Ronny analogized the digital world as a new world where users have data that form their identity. He said, there are still many who underestimate personal data, so it is often misused by others. Ronny reminded that it is easy to steal personal data on the internet by showing an example of a black market on a dark website that trades personal data at low prices. According to him, digital user data is mostly stolen via email. "That is because currently email is used as validation for many things," he explained. To secure data on the internet, suggested Ronny, digital users need to create a strong password, set privacy settings in the application, not use public wifi for private transactions, and use an antivirus.
