Yogi obtained his bachelor degree in English Education from the Indonesia University of Education. In 2019, he completed his Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) degree at Monash University, Australia, with a scholarship from Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP).

He has been actively writing articles and book chapters in nationally and internationally accredited publishers. He is also serving as a reviewer for several journals in education, including Mimbar Pendidikan Dasar, ELT Review, Premise Journal, and VELES Journal. He is currently involving as a Content Director for Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands for Indonesia Mengglobal.
