She completed her Master's degree in International Relations from the School of Politics and International Relations, University of Nottingham, the United Kingdom. Her research interests are religion in IR, gender and conflict resolution, political economy and creative industry. In 2013-2014, she received a research grant from the Thai Research Fund and Asian Muslim Action Network (AMAN), by Asian Resource Foundation, Bangkok.
