Dr. Ir. Robert Pangihutan Radjagoekgoek, S.Sos., S.H., M.H., CLI, CLA, obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Ir) UGM Yogyakarta, then in 1988 joined the oil & gas company, PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia (now PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia), started Drilling Engineer/Petroleum Engineer position. Served at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia in Riau around 31 (thirty-one) years from the position of Drilling Engineer/Petroleum Engineer, Drilling Equipment Engineer, Drilling Supervisor, Senior Drilling Engineer, Senior Petroleum Engineer, Team Manager Drilling Operation, Team Manager Completion, Manager Completion Engineering, Superintendent Wellwork Operation, Manager Wellwork Drilling Resource, Manager Drilling Completion Services, Manager Security Sumatera Operations, participated in local and foreign trainings and "Career Development Assignment" in the United States and retired since 2019.

During his tenure, he played a role in handling criminal matters in the operations of PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia. From 2013 until his retirement, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Open University-Jakarta, Master of Business Law from Riau Islamic University, Bachelor of Sociology from Open University-Jakarta, Doctor of Laws from Pelita Harapan University-Jakarta. 

He completed PKPA (Special Education for Advocate Profession) Certification, Advocate Profession Examination Certificate and Advocate Oath, Contract Drafting Training, Certificate of Legal Auditor Education (CLA), Certificate of Liquidator Education (CLI).  Managing partner of RGG Law. Currently law lecturer at President University. In addition to teaching, he is the Director of the Legal Aid Institute, Chairman of the Editorial Board of the Legal Problematics Journal.  Active in writing book "Preparation of Own Estimate Price of Rig Service Contract" (Legal Certainty in Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities), and writing articles and community service.
