Munawar Fuad, usually called Moon, is a permanent lecturer at President University. He has been serving as a lecturer since 1996. He has received an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Islamic Law (Sharia) from IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, continued with a Master of Arts degree in Islamic Studies from IAIN (Institute of Religion Islam Negeri) Jakarta and a doctorate degree from University Malaya, Faculty of Arts and Social Science. His opinion on IR, Religions, Culture and Social Issues can be traced to the Indonesian electronic and printed media, Voice of America (VoA).

Moon is also a social entrepreneur leader and consultant in the areas of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), social engineering, public policy, integrated public relations and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in government centers and global corporations, public policy institutions, and MNC  and business. He was Assistant Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Special Staff of the Minister of Communication and Information, expert team of the Minister of Mines and Energy. He actively participates in public diplomacy missions abroad: the United States of America, Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Africa, ASEAN countries.

He was once the Asian Youth Council Deputy, the Secretary-General of the Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) and the Secretary of the Nahdlatul Ulama Youth Organization - GP ANSOR - Central Ansor Youth Movement. At present, he is the Director Program of the Indonesian Mosque Council National Program for the special assignment of Vice President Jusuf Kalla as President of the Indonesian Mosque Council.

Moon has initiated various ideas and agendas for change that have real benefits in the fields of social development, education, and culture. Has written more than 25 published books on the topics of international relations, religions, culture, social, political, security and defense, and history. Speaking on national, international television, radio and media publications at national and international.
