Genoveva has a Doctoral qualification in Marketing. She has about 21 years of teaching, research and training, including 4 years as Vice Rector, 4 years as Director of Quality Asurance and 5 years as Marketing Director.

She also has about 16 years experiances in entrepreneurship, including 10 years as entrepreneur in own family business and 16 years as consultant in Feseability Study & Business Plan for start up company.

Genoveva's expertise is in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. She also teaches Research Methodology subject for Marketing concentration and as thesis advisor / Business Plan / examiner for bachelor students, especially Marketing and Entrepreneurship topics.


  • Doctoral in Marketing Management, from Persada YAI University, Jakarta, Indonesia. I was a graduate as the 2nd fastest with grade A for my final dissertation.

  • Magister Management in Marketing, from Labora Business School, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1998. I graduated 1st in my batch with Cum Laude predicate.

  • Bachelor from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, Indonesia in 1991 with specialization in Industrial Psychology. I graduated 1st in my batch.
