On Tuesday, March 19 2024, President University (Presuniv) held a seminar entitled Digital Transformation to Support Manufacturing 4.0 together with Epicor Indonesia, an ERP software company. The seminar was held at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, Building A, 5th floor, Presuniv Campus on Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Jababeka City, Cikarang. Present at the seminar were speakers from Epicor. They were Vincent Tang, Vice President of Epicor Asia, Jalal Setiawan Senior Solution Engineer for Epicor South East Asia, Andy Mulyawan, Territory Manager for Epicor Software Indonesia, and Adhi Firmansyah Country Manager for Epicor Software Indonesia. From Presuniv, the Vice Chancellor for Academic, Research and Innovation Dr. Adhi Setyo Santoso, ST, MBA, Ronny Juwono, S.Pd, MT, Head of the Information Systems Study Program (Kaprodi), Cutifa Safitri, Ph.D., Head of Informatics Study Program, and hundreds of students as well as other lecturers and staff.
According to Adhi Setyo, "ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning applications are really needed for companies that intend to carry out business transformation. Because this application integrates all existing business processes in the company." Meanwhile, Vincent Tang explained that technology continues to develop and innovation continues to appear all the time. Starting from simple innovations that evolve into complex features.
