On Thursday, March 7, 2024, Dr. Iman Permana, BS (PE), MM, and Jazak Yus Afriansyah, SE, MM, presented their newly published book, Leadership Gap Syndrome. Present at the book presentation were Dr. Adhi Setyo Santoso, ST, MBA, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Research, and Innovation, and Head of Adam Kurniawan Library, Neilany Edwina.
In their book, Iman and Jazak discuss the intergenerational gap occurring in workplaces and various other organizations. This gap triggers several issues, including leadership problems. One of the impacts is that some employees choose to resign from their jobs due to these issues. This could potentially harm the company or other organizations.
