Biotechnology is propelling advancements in the field of healthcare. Therefore, mastering biotechnology and its application to healthcare is crucial. The medical field has gained numerous benefits from biotechnology. Among them, humans can now engage in genetic engineering, produce insulin hormones, cloning, antibiotics, vaccines, stem cells, and many more. Ultimately, all of these advancements enable humans to better prevent the spread of diseases, discover treatments for dangerous illnesses, and make healthcare services more accessible to the public.
This was emphasized by Prof. Dr. dr. Satyanegara, Sp.BS (K), in his guest lecture titled "The Importance of Biotechnology for Teaching Hospitals & Research Hospitals of the Future" on Friday, March 1, 2024. The guest lecture was organized by the Faculty of Medicine, President University (Presuniv), at the Fabrication Laboratory (Fablab), President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jl. H.
