Budi Setiabudiawan, Sp.A(K), M.Kes., the Head of the Medical Program at Presuniv, Dr. Ridwansyah, MD, the Head of the Department of Manpower in Bekasi Regency, Drs. Edi Rochyadi, M.Si. The seminar featured four speakers, namely Dr. dr.             Prof. Budi Setiabudiawan said, "The implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) should prioritize efforts that are both promotive and preventive in nature. In reality, OHS implementation in Indonesia tends to be reactive and curative. This indicates that OHS implementation is more of an obligation rather than a necessity or culture." Meanwhile, Sudi Astono said, "Every job has its risks. By implementing OHS, these risks can be reduced, or even prevented. This effort is crucial considering that the largest group experiencing Workplace Accidents and Occupational Diseases falls within the age range of 25 to 30 years. This age group is highly productive," emphasized Sudi Astono. (Graciella, PR team. Photo: Graciella. Translate: Kayla Putri).
