PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Indonesia, shared their insights on how to write CVs and interview techniques in English. AAM's sharing was presented during the Virtual Internship & Career Fair (VICF) 2024 organized by the Internship & Career Center (ICC) Bureau at President University (Presuniv) on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Sylvana Uli Basa Evi Dame Manaloe, Talent Acquisition & Company Branding Manager from Argon Group, participated as a speaker.
Sylvana explained, "When creating a CV in English, several things must be considered. Among them, the grammar must be correct. Also, use active words, such as 'responsible for,' or verbs like 'led/managed,' 'created/developed,' 'delivered,' and so on." Sylvana also suggested using clear and formal fonts or letter types in CV writing. "Don't overcrowd the CV with too many infographics," emphasized Sylvana.
