Every year President University (Presuniv) accepts students from various countries around the world who wish to study in Indonesia. As part of a series of activities to welcome their arrival, the International Bureau, Presuniv, holds an introduction to Indonesian culture or Cultural Fest (Culurefest). This year's event was held over two days, namely Saturday 25 November – Sunday 26 November 2023, at the President University Convention Center (PUCC) building. The event was attended by more than 500 Presuniv students, including foreign students. The students staged several performances. Ranging from songs to regional and international dances, all performed by Presuniv students, including foreign students.

According to Donald Samuel Slamet Santosa, S.Pd., M.M., M.Pd., D.Th., Head of the Student Affairs Bureau, Presuniv, this event aims to strengthen relations between fellow foreign students and foreign students with Indonesian students. "We hope that students do not experience culture shock. "If foreign students feel safe and comfortable, it will be an encouragement for them while studying at Presuniv." Victoria Camia, is a foreign student from the 2023 Agribusiness Study Program from Angola, Central Africa. who was also the MC at the 2023 Culturefest event, expressed her impressions, "As a foreign student studying at Presuniv, I am surrounded by a friendly environment.
