On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, dozens of students from the Environmental Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, President University (Presuniv), visited PT Aisin Indonesia in the East Jakarta Industrial Park, Cikarang, Bekasi. PT Aisin is a manufacturing company that produces automotive components. Accompanying the students during the visit was the Head of the Environmental Engineering Study Program, Yosef Barita Sar Manik, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D., and the Director of Communication at Presuniv, JB Susetiyo. During the visit, the Presuniv delegation was welcomed by the management and staff of PT Aisin Indonesia, including Heri Wibowo, Group Manager HR-IRL-GA, Group Manager Engineering Arief Widodo, Manager Safety Health Environment Gangsar Budiono, Environmental Supervisor Dita Amara Yeranda, Yasmin Naaima from Human Resources, and several other staff members.

According to Yosef, "The visit to Aisin Indonesia is part of the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental (Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Hidup or K3LH) course. From this visit, students can learn about K3LH by directly observing its implementation in the industry." Meanwhile, in his speech, Arief Widodo mentioned that there are many regulations governing the implementation of K3LH at PT Aisin Indonesia. "There are regulations from the government, but there are also rules applied by the industrial area. We must comply with all of them," said Arief.

In his presentation, Gangsar Budiono revealed that Aisin Indonesia currently holds a Green predicate for PROPER (Public Disclosure Program for Environmental Compliance) from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. He also explained stages involved in the implementation of safety in the workplace at Aisin Indonesia. Subsequently, guided by Dita Amara, the group of students and lecturer from the Environmental Engineering Study Program were taken on a tour to witness the implementation of K3LH at PT Aisin Indonesia.
