What's happening in PresUniv
Tuesday, April 11 2023, President University (Presuniv) held a Building A Team (Human Capital Management Training) training program for company employees. The training was held offline and was held at the Fabrication Laboratory on the 1st floor of the President University Convention Center Building, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. The training aimed to encourage employees to continue to develop their competencies, especially in the field of HR, remaining competitive, and have the courage to initiate changes in their company.
Present as guest speaker was Maria Jacinta Arquisola, BA, MHRM, PhD, Vice Rector for Resources who is also the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Presuniv, Dr. Anton Wachidin Widjaja, SE, MM, Head of the Master of Technology Management Study Program, and Dr. Iman Permana, BS (PE), MM. Participants came from several companies in the Jababeka industrial area, such as PT Victory Blessings Indonesia, PT Tri Saudara Sentosa Industri, PT Mattel Indonesia, PT Citra Nugerah Karya, PT Chemco Harapan Nusantara, PT Sakai Indonesia, PT SUCOFINDO, Howard Hermes and several other. Then, how does the individuals, groups, and organizational structure behavior impact on behavior and leadership in the organizations.
