On Monday, April 3, 2023, the Internship & Career Center (ICC) Bureau at President University (Presuniv) held an internship recruitment event with PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk., one of the largest cellular telecommunications operators in Indonesia. Present at the Virtual Internship and Career Fair (VICF) event were two speakers from Indosat, namely Alresa Reyhan Prahutrimaga, Senior Officer Digital Marketing, and Madeleine Nathania Christyanto, Culture Engagement and Employer Branding. In the event, Alresa explained Indosat's vision and mission. He said, "Our vision is to become the most preferred digital telco in Indonesia. Meanwhile, our mission is to deliver a world-class digital experience, connecting and empowering every Indonesian. So, we really want to connect and empower everyone in Indonesia."

Alresa also emphasized that everyone who joins Indosat, including intern students, will be called Hiro. "This is a Japanese word that means abundant, generous, tolerant, and prosperous," said Alresa. On this occasion, Alresa explained about Indosat's internship program is called INSPIRE. He explained, "During the internship, students will work on a business development project. Students must also collaborate with mentors and teams to achieve targets according to the timeline and be able to develop the technical and behavioral competencies needed according to the project." He continued, "We will recruit 25 students from any study program background as long as they are willing to learn and develop their competencies." For students with good internship performance, said Alresa, will have the opportunity to be recruited as Indosat employees. Said Madeleine Nathania, "Alresa and I used to be interns at Indosat.
