The Law Study Program and the Faculty of Humanities at President University (Presuniv), in collaboration with Hukumonline, a technology-based regulatory platform regarding legal world information, held a national discussion about titled "Implications of the Job Creation Perppu for the Business World in Industrial Estates." The discussion was held in a hybrid format via Zoom and on-site on the 2nd floor of the President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang, on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
This talk show was hosted by Christina Desy, VP of Premium Content at Hukumonline. This seminar featured several speakers. They were Dr. Sugeng Santoso PN, S.H., M.M., M.H, as an Ad Hoc Judge in the Industrial Relations at the Supreme Court, who presented on the topic of "The Perspective of Job Creation Perppu in the Employment Sector." Furthermore, the subject of "Work Implementation of the Job Creation Perppu from the Perspective of Businessmen" was delivered by Robin Riduan SH., MKn., as the Jababeka Residence Legal & Land Management Manager. Afterward, the topic of "Summary of Differences in Job Creation Law and the 2023 Job Creation Perppu in the Employment Cluster" was delivered by Dr. Dra.
