The Bureau of Internship & Career Center (ICC), President University (PresUniv), again held a Virtual Internship & Career Fair (VICF), Monday (21/3). At this event the 5th  VICF of 2022, ICC introduced Ice House, an application development company that has been certified by Google. “Our mission at Ice House is to empower the greatest mindset and to create the greatest digital experience,” said Nathan Greeff, Country Manager for Ice House. On this occasion, Greeff also explained several values that apply to Ice House. For example, the importance of teamwork, constructive communication, having the courage to take the initiative, always being motivated to provide quality results, reliability, and to never stop learning.

Later in the event, Ice House introduced its internship program to  PresUniv students. Allan Tabriez Rosyada, Junior Android Engineer (Graduate of Android Intern), explained the timeline for the internship program. “We have prepared an onboarding program for one week. Then, for the next three weeks, interns will be provided with general platform training, such as the ability to communicate, how to work in a team, and so on. After that, for following seven weeks, students will be continue to learn while participating in the various projects carried out by Ice House," said Allan. In the last stage, explained Allan, for the next  13 months, students will be given assignments to work on various projects.

The subsequent session was filled with sharing from several students who had joined the Ice House internship program. There are several projects that they were working on. Among them were backend projects and the development of various applications based on Android and iOS. "There were students developing an e-salon application," said Raja Moris, Junior Backend Engineer at Ice House.
