This workshop discussed the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Faculty of Medicine, PresUniv. The material was presented by Dr. Joseph Ginting. “We want graduates from the Faculty of Medicine, PresUniv, to have leadership qualities. It was formed, among others, through various off-campus activities, including interacting with companies,” said Josep. He also hopes that in the future, the research of lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine at PresUniv will not only be for the sake of pursuing an Academic Position (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik or JJA), but also be able to develop technology and solutions that can help the community.

Meanwhile, Vice Rector Unpad Prof. Arief Kartasasmita conveyed some of his notes. He said, “In the past, to be a doctor, you needed to be smart. Now is not enough. According to the OECD study, by 2030 every university graduate must be able to become an agent of change.” On another note, the Faculty of Medicine, PresUniv, must also be agile. "Do not be like now. During the Covid-19 pandemic, our world of education seemed to be paralyzed. That can not happen again," said Prof. Arief. Then, he also emphasized the importance of the Faculty of Medicine, PresUniv, not being the same as other medical faculties. "So, we need to stand out of the crowd," said Prof. Arief.
