Friday (29/10), Qlue Smart City with President University (PresUniv), held a webinar Digital Content: The Opportunity Amidst Pandemic. The speaker in this webinar is Gabriela Anastasia Wusyang, Social Media Manager of True Digital Group. Before joining True Digital, Gabriella had long experience managing well-known brands, such as Fitness First, Acer, Fitbar, Wall Street English, Nissan, Blackberry, and many others.

 

According to Gabriella, social media is not only a place to interact with other people online but can be a place for promoting a brand. Currently, the use of social media in the realm of digital marketing business includes SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SMM (Social Media Marketing), content, email, video. To optimize the role of social media, skills, customer insight, creative development, marketing channels, management & analytics, and marketing technology are needed. “For those who are just starting to work on social media, don't forget always to apply the SMART concept, which is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound. Learn to get to know your competition,” said Gabriella. In addition, he also advises brands who want to create content, namely the concept is 80% for educating and 20% for promotion.
