Last Thursday (1/4), the Bureau of Internship & Career Center (ICC), President University (PresUniv), held another Virtual Internship & Career Fair 2021. More than 100 students joined the event. For the event, the ICC Bureau invited the KRA Group as a speaker. "Many students, especially from the International Relations Study Program, have been waiting for the session from the KRA Group," said Lina Rosmawati from the ICC Bureau.
KRA Group is a public affairs and political risk consulting company that focuses on the ASEAN region. At the event, KRA discussed the topics of Why Growth Mindset, Professional Ethics, and Attitude is Vital in the Workplace. Tajwini Jahari, Director of Research & Advisory KRA, revealed the importance of commitment to work. "We should not work with a attitude "work improperly”, but also have to pay attention to the process. So, we have to make the process always better and better." VICF 2021: Jangan Bekerja dengan Sikap Mental “Asal Selesai”
Kamis pekan lalu (1/4), Biro Internship & Career Center (ICC), President University (PresUniv), kembali menggelar Virtual Internship & Career Fair 2021. Lebih dari 100 mahasiswa bergabung dalam event tersebut. Untuk acara tersebut, Biro ICC mengundang KRA Group sebagai narasumber. “Banyak mahasiswa, terutama dari Prodi Hubungan Internasional, sudah menunggu-nunggu sesi dari KRA Group,” ungkap Lina Rosmawati dari Biro ICC.
KRA Group adalah perusahaan konsultan public affairs dan political risk yang fokus untuk kawasan ASEAN. Pada event tersebut, KRA membahas topik Why Growth Mindset, Professional Ethics, and Attitude is Vital in the Workplace. Tajwini Jahari, Director of Research & Advisory KRA mengungkapkan soal pentingnya komitmen terhadap pekerjaan. “Kita jangan bekerja dengan sikap mental “yang penting selesai”, tapi juga harus memperhatikan prosesnya. Jadi, kita harus membuat prosesnya selalu lebih baik dan lebih baik lagi." Ia juga mengingatkan mahasiswa senantiasa agar siap menerima kritik dan umpan balik. “Sebab pada suatu saat kita harus menghadapi kenyataan bahwa ternyata kita tidak sepintar seperti yang selama ini kita yakini.” (JB Susetiyo, tim PR.
