The Dean of Faculty of Business President University, Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D. visited one of the most renowned state universities in Indonesia, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) as a guest lecturer recently (2/21). In front of 200 students of Psychology UNDIP and several faculty members, she delivered a lecture with the topic Creating Multidisciplinary Synergies to Produce a Superior Human Resource.
In the guest lecture, Jacinta talked about the necessary importance of creating skilled and competent future labor force in response to the demands of rapid technology. She also talked about the role of universities like President University to achieve the government’s 5-year development agenda, Maju Indonesia through Kampus Merdeka program which universities need students and lecturers to be co-creators of knowledge in a more flexible, adaptable, conducive, learning and development environment.
This guest lecture was part of the implementation of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) that has already been formulated and signed by Faculty of Business President University and Faculty of Psychology UNDIP. The MoU was signed by Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D., as the Dean of Faculty of Business President University and Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., as the Dean of Faculty of Psychology Universitas Diponegoro. Memproduksi Sumber Daya Manusia yang Unggul dengan Membangun Sinergi Multidisiplin
Dekan Fakultas Bisnis President University Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D. mengunjungi salah satu universitas negeri terkemuka di Indonesia, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) sebagai salah satu dosen tamu (21/2). Di hapadan 200 mahasiswa Psikologi Undip, ia menyampaikan materi bertema Sinergi Multidisiplin untuk Menciptakan SDM yang Unggul.
Dalam kuliah tamu ini, Jacinta berbicara mengenai pentingnya menciptakan tenaga kerja masa depan yang terampil dan kompeten dalam menanggapi tuntutan teknologi yang cepat. Ia juga berbicara mengenai peran universitas seperti President University untuk mencapai agenda pembangunan 5 tahun milik pemerintah, Maju Indonesia melalui program Kampus Merdeka di mana universitas membutuhkan mahasiswa dan dosen untuk bekerja bersama menciptakan pengetahuan yang fleksibel, mudah beradaptasi, kondusif, dan berkembang.
Kuliah tamu ini merupakan hasil implementasi kerja sama yang telah ditandatangani oleh Fakultas Bisnis President University dan Fakultas Psikologi UNDIP. MoU ini ditandatangani oleh Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D., sebagai Dekan Fakultas Bisnis President University dan Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., sebagai Dekan Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Diponegoro. MoU ini akan berfokus dalam bidang Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. (SL)
