President University received a visit from Harapan Bersama Polytechnic, Tegal, Central Java on Tuesday (4/2). Information Technology Study Program of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic visited to conduct a comparative study with the Faculty of Computing at President University.
The event began with remarks from the Vice Rector for Administration, Resources, and Finance who was also a lecturer at the Faculty of Computing President University Sandy Darmowinoto, B.Sc.(Hons), M.IT. and Dean of the Faculty of Computing President University Rila Mandala, Ph.D. Followed by remarks and explanations about the aims and objectives of the visit by Ginanjar Wiro Sasmito, M.Kom., the Head of D IV Information Technology Study Program Harapan Bersama Polytechnic.
In this comparative study, the Faculty of Computing, the Internship and Career Center (ICC) and the President University's Internal Quality Assurance Bureau (SPMI) explained the curriculum of entrepreneurship, accreditation, business incubators, and internship programs owned by President University.
In addition to the discussion, this visit was also carried out to sign the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Faculty of Computing President University and Information Technology Study Program of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic. Regarding the cooperation that has been officially developed by both of them, Rila revealed, "I hope this MoU is not just an MoU, but its implementation will soon run well." (SL)
Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal Melaksanakan Studi Banding ke President University
President University menerima kunjungan dari Politeknik Harapan Bersama, Tegal, Jawa Tengah pada Selasa (4/2). Program Studi D IV Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama berkunjung untuk melakukan studi banding dengan Fakultas Komputer di President University.
Acara diawali dengan sambutan dari Wakil Rektor Bidang Sumber Daya yang juga adalah dosen Fakultas Komputer President University Sandy Darmowinoto, B.Sc.(Hons), M.IT. dan Dekan Fakultas Komputer President University Rila Mandala, Ph.D. Dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dan penjelasan mengenai maksud dan tujuan dari kunjungan oleh Ginanjar Wiro Sasmito, M.Kom Ketua Program Studi D IV Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama.
Dalam acara studi banding ini, Fakultas Komputer serta Internship and Career Center (ICC) dan Direktorat Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) President University menjelaskan kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan, akreditasi, inkubator bisnis, serta program magang yang dimiliki President University.
Selain diskusi, kunjungan ini juga dilakukan dalam rangka penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara Fakultas Komputer Universitas Presiden dan Program Studi D IV Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama. Terkait kerja sama yang telah resmi dibangun keduanya, Rila mengungkapkan, “Saya harap MoU ini tidak hanya sekedar MoU, tapi implementasinya akan segera berjalan dengan baik.” (SL)
