The Growing Indonesia Triangular Approach (GITA) Team from President University Adhi Setyo Santoso, S.T., MBA. and Rendika Nugraha, an MBA attended a business incubator management training held by the Erasmus Plus GITA Project. This training was held at Brawijaya University, Malang on 8-9 April 2019. With the title “Set Up a University Incubation Program -A Learning-by-Doing Workshop”, Alexander Knapp and his team from the University of Innsbruck, Austria was present to explain the management of Growth Hub which will be had by each university of GITA member.
Through this training, they hoped that President University can use the business canvas method in order to manage the existing Growth Hub effectively, one of which is integration with the existing business incubator of President University, Setsail BizAccel. Furthermore, the presence of this business incubator can support the latest ideas and innovations of students who want to start a business.
The workshop was continued with The 5th Partnership Meeting of GITA which was held on 10-11 April 2019 at Brawijaya University and STIE Malangkucecwara. At this meeting, the seven representatives of GITA member discussed curriculum mapping and updates on the realization of the Growth Hub in each university. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Neil Towers from the University of Gloucestershire, England as the coordinator of this program.
Tim Growing Indonesia Triangular Approach (GITA) dari President University Adhi Setyo Santoso, S.T., MBA. dan Rendika Nugraha, MBA menghadiri pelatihan pengelolaan inkubator bisnis yang diadakan oleh Project Erasmus Plus GITA Project. Pelatihan ini diadakan di Universitas Brawijaya, Malang pada tanggal 8-9 April 2019. Mengangkat judul Set Up an University Incubation Program -A Learning-by-Doing Workshop, Alexander Knapp dan tim dari University of Innsbruck, Austria hadir untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan Growth Hub di masing-masing universitas anggota program GITA.
Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan President University dapat menggunakan metode business canvas sehingga dapat mengelola Growth Hub yang ada secara maksimal, salah satunya integrasi dengan inkubator bisnis yang sudah ada, Setsail BizAccel. Lebih lanjut, kehadiran inkubator bisnis ini dapat mendukung ide-ide dan inovasi terbaru mahasiswa yang ingin memulai bisnisnya.
Acara workshop tersebut dilanjutkan dengan The 5th Partnership Meeting GITA yang diadakan pada tanggal 10-11 April 2019 di Universitas Brawijaya dan STIE Malangkucecwara. Di pertemuan ini, ketujuh perwakilan universitas anggota GITA mendiskusikan mapping kurikulum dan update tentang realisasi Growth Hub dari masing masing anggota. Pertemuan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Prof. Neil Towers dari University of Gloucestershire, Inggris selaku koordinator program ini.
