On Friday, February 23, 2024, the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, President University (Presuniv), hosted the Public Speaking Training 2024 session. This session is one of the training sessions organized by Management (MGT) Training and was attended by dozens of students. Held at Theater Room 3, President University Convention Center, Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, Echa Larastia, Project Manager of Management Training, expressed hope, "This event can serve as a platform for participants to gain additional knowledge and improve their public speaking skills, as well as gain confidence in expressing their opinions."

            In this session, MGT Training invited speaker Fayanna Davianny, CEO & Founder of Self Grow Indonesia, who is also an alumna of the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Indonesia. Fayanna shared her development journey, stating, "You don't have to be perfect to start, but you have to start to become perfect." She also explained nine steps to becoming a good speaker, such as thorough planning, knowing your audience and how to engage with them.
