Siska has a Master qualification in Marketing. She has about 6 years of teaching, research and training, including 2 years as Coordinator of Internship and Thesis Program. She also has a 15 years of experience as housing entrepreneur until now.

Siska's expertise are Social Media and Digital Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, and Hotel & Tourism Marketing. She also teaches Business Introduction, Entrepreneurship, Business Concept, Management Information System, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Business Intelligence for Management program and Information System Program, as thesis advisor and examiner for bachelor students, especially Marketing and Entrepreneurship topics.
