| The curriculum is divided into two phases: the Bachelor’s Phase (3.5 years) and the Professional Phase (2 years). For the first phase, students delve into a diverse range of medical fields over the course of 17 comprehensive blocks. Each block equips students with the competencies required to be a general practitioner, supported with early exposure within a real setting. The second phase is optional. During this phase, students must work towards earning the esteemed title of ‘doctor’ (dr.). This phase takes place in various educational settings, including teaching hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. Within a span of 2 years, students are expected to transform into fully-fledged doctors, ready to serve the healthcare needs of their communities. | |
