Our mission goes beyond managing activities. It's about embedding the core values of President University, especially the I.M.P.A.C.T. philosophy, into every aspect of campus life. We are the architects of a dynamic, multicultural, and high-impact student experience. Our key areas of focus include:
Fostering and guiding student organizations (PUSC, PUSB, PUFA, PUMA), clubs and communities (CnC). Overseeing major events and leadership training. Develops leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills as we provides avenues for expression and contribution to campus life.
Through President University Student Council (PUSC) and President University Student Board (PUSB), we host vibrant and high-impact events designed to challenge student to develop essential skills, and celebrate the universityβs unique Culture.
These student-driven initiatives, which form a vital part of the Portfolio-Building Curriculum, include the intensive President Youth Leadership Camp (PYLC), the artistic showcase of President University Vocal Victory (PUVV), the industry insights platform (INTERACT), the competitive spirit of President University Sport Tournament (PUST), the global celebration of Cultural Festival (CULFEST), and the culminating recognition at the Student Awarding Night (SAN).
These events are crucial for fostering collaboration among students and implementing the Medium of Communication in English in a dynamic, fun setting.

a. Adaro Foundation Scholarship:
A program supporting students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, focusing on academic excellence and leadership potential.
b. China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) Scholarship:
Financial aid specifically aimed at students demonstrating high academic merit, often prioritizing those in relevant engineering or technical disciplines.
c. Beasiswa Pemerintah Daerah (Banpin Pemda) Bekasi
Scholarships provided by the Bekasi Local Government to support outstanding students who are residents of Bekasi, promoting local talent and development.
d. Diktisaintek Berdampak
Diktisaintek Berdampak is a continuous program for univeristy students across Indonesia. The program include: PKM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa), P2MW (student entrepreneurship), PPK Ormawa (Student organization), FLC (Future Leaders Camp), KKN Kebangsaan, Magang Berdampak, PILMAPRES, and Diktisaintek Berdampak Internasional.
Providing essential services such as development programs, counseling referrals, and maintaining student records.
Developing and implementing non-academic policies, including student conduct procedures, to ensure a respectful and orderly campus environment.
