About Us

The Master of Law program is designed for recently graduated law students wishing to jumpstart their careers, and legal professionals wishing to advance their expertise and enhance their knowledge in a particular legal area. The program adopts a hybrid learning approach and puts emphasis on the study of legal research and analysis. Classes are conducted 5 days a week.

Curriculum Framework

Master of Law programme comprises 38 credits (including Thesis) which could be accomplished in 4 semesters (1 semester equals to 4 months). You can complete your Masters Degree within 16 months.

Head of Study Program

Dr. Fennieka has been a lecturer in the Legal Studies Program since 2015, teaching courses such as Contract Law, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Corporate Law, Property, and Agrarian Law. From 2015 to 2018, she served as Head of the Law Study Program for the Undergraduate level and from 2021 to 2023, she was Deputy Chancellor for Resources. Currently, Dr. Fennieka is also the Head of the Law Study Program for the Master's level and the Legal and Secretariat Director at Presuniv. She is the founder of Fennieka & Associates Law Firm (since 2003), a Licensed Advocate from Peradi, Licensed Receiver & Administrator, Licensed Mediator, Certified Capital Market Lawyer, and Certified University Lecturer. Additionally, she is an instructor/facilitator for AREBI and IKAPI (Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association).
