Wang Haiyang Brings Henan Flavors to Campus Through President University International Dinner (PUID)

Sunday, 19 January 2026—President University held the President University International Dinner (PUID) under the theme “A Taste of China – Henan Cuisine Experience” at the President Executive Club (PEC), Jababeka City, Bekasi, offering participants an immersive introduction to Henan culinary culture.

The event was led by Wang Haiyang from the Information Technology Study Program Batch 2024, who served as one of the “chefs” behind the Henan cuisine experience. Through his initiative, the dinner brought a warm glimpse of Henan culture to campus, showcasing dishes such as Chilli Scrambled Eggs, Lu-style Braised Chicken, Egg Noodle Soup, and Sour and Spicy Chinese Cabbage. Each dish reflected stories, traditions, and shared moments around the dining table.

Through this PUID session, President University continued to promote intercultural understanding by encouraging students to share their heritage and create meaningful cultural experiences for the wider academic community.
