During the inauguration ceremony of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Erwin Parasian Sitompul, S.T., M.Sc. and Prof. Dr. Jhanghiz Syahrivar, S.E., M.M., Ph.D. on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University Main Campus, Jababeka City. Dr. (HC) Ir. SD Darmono, founder of President University and CEO of PT Jababeka Tbk., emphasized that since its establishment, President University has been designed to produce graduates who are not only academically excellent, but also professionally prepared.

He highlighted the importance of balancing academic knowledge with practical skills, including work experience, English proficiency, and the ability to interact within international environments. He stated, “We want President University graduates to possess knowledge, skills, work experience, and familiarity with global environments. They must be nationalistic, but not narrow-minded, and have international perspectives to help drive Indonesia’s progress.”
