Resinda Career Day 2025 proved to be a highly beneficial event for students of the Business Administration study program (Hospitality and Tourism). Organized through a collaboration between Resinda Hotel and the Internship & Career Center of President University, the event welcomed 35 students, divided into several participant groups to take part in a variety of activities. Held on April 21st, 2025, the event aimed to help students explore internship opportunities and gain valuable insights into various career paths, including front office, back office, business development, marketing, finance, and the food and beverage sector.

This event provided a unique platform for students to experience the practical aspects of the professional world, something that is not always fully accessible within the academic environment. Through interactive sessions and direct engagement with professionals, students were able to deepen their understanding of real workplace expectations and challenges. The program not only highlighted career options but also inspired students to envision their future roles within the industry.

The event was marked by a lively and engaging atmosphere. Students gained fresh perspectives, especially regarding front office roles, along with other industry-relevant knowledge. They found the experience both informative and enjoyable, far from monotonous. In addition to expanding their insights, Career Day served as a strong motivator, encouraging students to be more proactive in seeking hands-on experience.
