Redefining Energy in Transportation through Global Research
April 15, 2025

Cikarang, April 15th, 2025, Fablab, the premier research center at President University, continues to expand its global partnerships with researchers from around the world. At a recent launch event, Julie Marie Casse, the keynote speaker, emphasized Fablab’s strong commitment to becoming an open platform for the development of future innovations. The institution aims to foster more international collaborations, positioning Fablab as a dynamic and productive hub for global research efforts.

One of the key innovations introduced through this collaboration is a fuel-free smart engine module that utilizes magnetic force as a power generation source. This technology allows conventional fuel-powered vehicles to be converted into electric vehicles without the need for recharging. By replacing certain components, the vehicle can generate its own electricity while in operation. This groundbreaking project, developed in partnership with JiCamotor.com, holds significant potential for advancing sustainable energy solutions in the transportation sector. The research collaboration is scheduled to run for one year, ending in September 2024. Despite the limited timeframe, the project has demonstrated strong potential to deliver impactful, real-world technological solutions. Fablab President University offers comprehensive facilities and full support for researchers, making it an ideal environment for cultivating innovation. Through this initiative, President University invites more international researchers to join in advancing science and technology for a better future. (Roffizul H, PR Team. Photo: Graciella V)
