On 23–24 August 2025, President University officially welcomed its Batch 2025 students at the President University Convention Center (PUCC). The new students first gathered at PUCC to follow a series of activities, including registration, receiving their almamater jackets, and taking professional LinkedIn profile photos. These activities served as the opening milestone of their journey, preparing them with both academic identity and professional readiness as they entered university life.

After completing the agenda at PUCC, students continued with the dormitory check-in, marking the start of their new life on campus. This moment was filled with excitement and anticipation, as students settled into their new environment while beginning to build bonds with peers and adapt to campus life.
