President University Strengthened Cultural Initiative Through Nusantara Dinner (PUND): Sunda Experience

Monday, 23 February 2026β€”President University held the President University Nusantara Dinner (PUND): Sunda Experience at the President Executive Club (PEC), 2nd Floor, Jababeka City, Bekasi, as part of its initiative to share Indonesian culture with both local and international communities.

Organized by the President University Sunda Culture Association (PUSCA), the event featured a curated selection of traditional Sundanese cuisine, including nasi liwet (savory rice cooked with coconut milk and spices) served with pepes ayam kemangi (steamed chicken wrapped in banana leaves with basil), sambal, and ikan asin (salted fish); karedok (raw vegetable salad with peanut sauce) with lontong (compressed rice cake); as well as awug (steamed rice flour cake with palm sugar and coconut).

The evening was complemented by refreshing beverages such as es kuwut (coconut-based iced drink) and es goyobod (coconut milk dessert with tapioca jelly and shaved ice), along with cultural performances including the graceful Tari Merak and the musical presentation of Bubuy Bulan, highlighting the richness of Sundanese heritage and fostering cultural appreciation among both local and international participants.
