Tuesday, June 30, 2026—President University featured Drs. Heru Wiryanto, M.Psi., Psy.D., Chief Infrastructure Officer of otaQku, in the “Decode Your Brain, Design Your Future Career” campus seminar at the FabLab, President University Convention Center (PUCC), President University Main Campus, Jababeka City.

Drs. Heru discussed the importance of understanding individual capabilities when preparing for the professional world, particularly as academic performance alone may not fully reflect a person's potential in the workplace. “The missing link today is the myth of campus and the reality of work,” he said.

He noted that while GPA remains an important reference for employers, other factors, including competencies, capabilities, organizational fit, and leadership potential, also play an important role in determining how individuals perform and contribute professionally.
