As part of the 25th Dies Natalis celebration of President University, the President University Nusantara Dinner (PUND): Special Edition was held on Thursday, 23 April 2026 at the President Executive Club (PEC), 2nd Floor. The event presented Indonesia’s regional culinary diversity from North Sulawesi, Bali, and West Sumatra, involving chefs and regional student communities: KAWANUA, KMHD, and PUSAKO.
North Sulawesi featured Ombekuk, Lampu-lampu, and Klapertaart, highlighting a mix of savory local dishes and a signature sweet dessert influenced by European heritage. Bali showcased Pisang Rai, Jaje Laklak, and Lupis, traditional snacks made from rice flour, coconut, and palm sugar that reflect both daily and cultural culinary traditions. West Sumatra presented Rendang, a well-known slow-cooked beef dish rich in spices and coconut milk.
The event also included a performance of Tari Parsambahan by the West Sumatran community.
Attended by students and the academic community, the Nusantara Dinner strengthened cultural appreciation and unity as part of President University’s 25th Dies Natalis celebration.
