Wednesday, 8 April 2026—President University held the inauguration of Prof. Dr. Anton Wachidin Widjaja, S.E., M.M., Professor of Strategic Management and Dean of the Faculty of Business, marking another milestone of the highest academic position in the education sector, at the President Executive Club, Jababeka City, Bekasi.

Through this inauguration, President University successfully inaugurated its 6th professor, further strengthening its commitment in academic standing and institutional development.

The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Dr. M. Samsuri, S.Pd., M.T., IPU, Secretary of the Directorate General of Science and Technology, representing the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, higher education authorities, leaders of the President University Foundation, and members of the academic community, reflecting how this academic achievement is collectively celebrated across institutional, governmental, and educational circles.

In his remarks, Handa Abidin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Rector of President University, representing the Academic Senate, officially conferred the professorship upon Prof. Widjaja. He expressed his hope that Prof. Widjaja’s expertise will contribute not only to President University, but also to Indonesia and the global community, adding, “We hope his knowledge will contribute not only to President University, but also to Indonesia and even the world.”
