Tuesday, 12 May 2026 — President University held a Pre-Fashion for Professionals session in collaboration with Puteri Indonesia and Mustika Ratu at the Fabrication Lab (FabLab), President University Convention Center, President University Main Campus. The event featured Athalla Hartiana Putri, Puteri Indonesia Intelegensia II 2026 and influencer, who shared insights on personal branding, self-confidence, and sustainable fashion.

During the session, Athalla discussed the growing influence of fast fashion in the digital era, where trends can spread rapidly through technology and social media. While acknowledging its popularity, she highlighted concerns about its long-term impact on both businesses and the environment.

Athalla encouraged students to be more creative with their fashion choices rather than constantly following new trends. “Fashion is a way to communicate. We can wear the same pieces and style them differently. Be creative,” she said. According to her, experimenting with different accessories and combinations can help individuals express themselves while adopting a more sustainable approach to fashion.
