President University Hosts a Seminar on Ministerial Regulation regarding Lecturers’ Profession, Career, and Income with LLDIKTI Region IV

Friday, 20 February 2026 — President University hosted a seminar session on the Ministerial Regulation of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 52 of 2025 concerning the Profession, Career, and Income of Lecturers at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University Campus, Jababeka City. The session was delivered by Dr. Lukman, S.T., M.Hum., Head of LLDIKTI Region IV under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of Indonesia.

During the session, Dr. Lukman discussed the importance of strengthening the professional development and career pathways of lecturers as part of improving the quality of higher education institutions. He emphasized that the foundation of a strong university lies in the quality and dedication of its lecturers. “The foundation of a university is its lecturers. Their work shapes the output and outcome that determine whether an institution can truly become a world-class university,” he stated.

He also highlighted the academic achievements of President University, noting that it is among the limited number of institutions that have obtained the Excellent accreditation status among hundreds of universities in the region. He further pointed out that President University ranks among the universities with the highest number of professors and has demonstrated strong academic productivity. “What is remarkable about President University is that around 50 percent of its lecturers already have international publications,” he remarked.
