Tuesday, 7 April 2026—President University held a President University Talk Show titled “Exploring Kenya and Its Growing Relations with Indonesia” at FabLab, President University Convention Center, President University Main Campus, Jababeka City, Bekasi.
Exploring the topic of Kenya and its growing relations with Indonesia, the session featured H.E. Dr. Mohamad Hery Saripudin, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, UNEP, and UN-Habitat (2020–2025), and Madam Salma Noor, Patron, Founder, and CEO of Dream Team CBO.
During the discussion, the speakers highlighted Africa’s rising global significance, noting that the region is projected to become one of the next centers of global economic growth, supported by its abundant natural resources and large young population, with around 65% in productive age. This demographic advantage positions Africa as a highly potential market and strategic partner for international collaboration.
They also emphasized the role of students as bridges between nations in fostering global relationships and partnerships. Beyond academic responsibilities, students are encouraged to create tangible impact through ideas, innovation, and economic contributions. Education, in this context, was described as a long-term investment and a strategic tool of diplomacy in strengthening bilateral relations.
