Tuesday, 25 November 2025—President University hosted a sharing session with EPICOR at the FabLab, President University Convention Center (PUCC), under the theme “Leadership Experience in Growing Business Across Asia.” The session featured Vincent Tang, Vice President for Epicor Asia, who shared insights on leadership, people management, and business growth across the Asian region.

The event was officially opened by Dr. Adhi Setyo Santoso, S.T., MBA., Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Research, and Innovation. In his opening remarks, he highlighted the collaboration between President University and Epicor over the past two to three years in supporting student skill development through industry-standard systems used globally. He expressed his appreciation by stating, “Thank you for these years of collaboration. We hope this partnership can continue and become a more long-lasting cooperation in the future.”

During the session, Vincent Tang emphasized that leadership is fundamentally about working with people. “If you want to get your job done well, you need to be able to handle people. You cannot be successful if you cannot collaborate, understand and work with people,” he explained, highlighting that interpersonal skills are essential for sustainable leadership and organizational growth.
