Wednesday, 8 October 2025βPresident University held another session of the President University International Dinner (PUID), featuring the traditional cuisine of Mongolia. The event took place at the President Executive Club, Capitol Business District, Jl. Niaga Raya, Jababeka City, Cikarang, and was prepared by Khaliunaa Enkhtaivan (International Relations 2021) and Odmaa Davaasambuu (Communication in Information Technology 2024).
The dishes introduced during the event included Khuushuur, fried meat pies filled with seasoned beef; Niislel Salad, a creamy potato and vegetable salad; Baitsaan Salad, a cabbage and carrot salad; Boortsog, slightly sweet fried dough bites; and Buuz, steamed dumplings filled with meat. These dishes represent the diversity and communal nature of Mongolian cuisine, allowing all participants to experience the rich cultural heritage of Mongolia. (Graciella V, PR Team.
