Thursday, 25 September 2025—President University, through its Alumni Bureau and International Relations Study Program, in collaboration with PT Astra International Tbk, held an event titled Alumni Sharing Session: Government Relations and Corporate Diplomacy at the Fabrication Lab (Fablab), President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. The session featured Yudi Ashari Putra, an alumnus of the International Relations Study Program Batch 2013 and currently serving as Senior Analyst of Government Relations at PT Astra International Tbk.

In his opening speech, Guido Benny, S.Sos., M.E., Ph.D., Head of Diplomacy Lab and also a lecturer of the International Relations Study Program at President University, highlighted the importance of the event. He stated, “The study of government relations is very important in today’s world. Listen closely to your alumni. We believe that he will share some insightful experiences that can inspire you to follow in his footsteps.”

During the session, Yudi emphasized the importance of communication in professional life, especially in explaining the extent of one’s capability. “If you have great skills but are unable to explain it, then what's the use?” he stated. Not only communication skills, Yudi also emphasized the importance of learning various languages. “Utilize and maximize all of the resources in President University, for example language classes.
