Wednesday, 24 June 2026 — Mohamad Rizki Suluh Adi, Chief Business Officer of Volantis Technology, spoke at the President University AI Forum titled "AI Powered Workflow for the Future," held at the Fabrication Lab (FabLab), President University Convention Center, President University Main Campus, Jababeka City. His presentation focused on the growing importance of ethical AI adoption, national AI sovereignty, and the changing landscape of employment.
Rizki explained that Indonesia has begun addressing the ethical use of artificial intelligence through its national AI roadmap while also encouraging the development of domestic AI infrastructure and models. He noted that many government institutions have already started building their own AI capabilities as part of strengthening the country's technological independence.
"Today, AI can perform many tasks that were previously done manually. In many organizations, the impact is not always replacing existing employees. Instead, companies are becoming more efficient by using AI while slowing new recruitment. This shows that the future workforce must learn how to work alongside AI rather than compete against it," he said.
