Thursday, February 27, 2025 — President University (Presuniv) welcomed Sheikh Abdul Karim Harelimana, the Rwandan Ambassador to Indonesia, as part of the Ambassador Lecture Series. The guest lecture took place at Theater 3, President University Convention Center (PUCC), 2nd floor, Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. The event was attended by Handa S. Abidin, SH, LL.M., Ph.D., Rector of Presuniv; Ibnu Hadi, M.Ec., Rectorate Advisor; Dr. Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, SH, MH, MA, M.Kn, Dean of the Master of Law study program; along with faculty members and students.
In his opening remarks, Handa highlighted the importance of mutual understanding in fostering international relations. “We may not know each other well yet, but we must strive to build that understanding. By doing so, countless opportunities can arise for both our countries,” he stated.
During the lecture, Harelimana expressed gratitude for the support and assistance Rwanda has received from Indonesia.
